Last Friday we marked 20 years of the CHART team doing wonderful work in rehousing, preventing homelessness and supporting mental health service users to remain at home across Sefton. An lovely art piece donated by Valerie Vandis to mark 20 years was unveiled at SSNC ❤️❤️❤️❤️
