Exiting news! We understand not everyone has access to the mountains. So we are pleased to announce our new local project 'stepping on stigma' for our community in Sefton. For March we are working with @evmindset to offer free walking sessions for men (dates below).

Last Friday was a busy day with plenty of discussions about how JGs are going to support mental health in Southport. In morning we meet with social prescribers from @BrighterL @LWSefton then a meeting with MP Damien Moore and a final visit to see the amazing staff at @CrisisCafe.

Finally Joe's Giants was back walking in the lake district today with some team training. We're hoping to have our walks back up and running throughout February and onwards. We're very excited and looking forward to getting back out on the fells with new and old faces.
