Lamar Jackson (hamstring) jogged onto practice field about 20 mins into practice. It’s first practice appearance since straining his hamstring on a Sept. 28. Mostly just did warmup throws while media was out there. Did run around a little bit.

Its a valid question.. but lets be honest... with the medical staff this year or WHATEVER was going on with the Injuries.. Hoffman would have had a career ending injury some how in Baltimore
I would love to know the results of his Orioles physical. Or was it kaboshed by something stupid like his spin rate was 5 rpms lower than 5 years ago? Not an All Star year stat wise but was durable all season and dependable when needed.
