He is one of the most talented guys I have ever witnessed. Injuries have slowed him but when he plays, he's dynamite & a big time player in the game.
Been very cool to see a full season of Buxton so far. Special, special talent. If he was willing to waive his no trade clause (he's not) there would be an arms race for him between the contenders .

This clip with Ken Griffey Jr. sums up a lot in baseball. It’s a hard game, but it’s simple. The fundamental plays are the most important ones. For context: we were talking about the 1995 ALDS Game 5 where Ken scored the game winning run from first.

For sure. The largest return is Bautista, but if you expect to contend next year (which I do), you keep all 3. I would not move Rogers, Dean or Felix.
@ryanripkenshow Bautista brings the beat return for sure, but he also leaves the largest hole to fill. We saw the challenge of lacking a closer last season. Means you must sign a legit closer or get one back in another trade.

And for the record, I don't want to see any of these 3 traded by the way. I would take 3 shots of tequila right now if any of those guys are moved. But of the options, Felix would make most sense to me. (Again, DO NOT want to see any of them moved😅).

Maybe this helps someone today. See things out. Imagine if Hall Of Fame SS Ozzie Smith really hung it up. He was on the verge, but with support from his loved ones, he stayed with it. The rest is history.
