In the past year and a half I've seen all three of the @ChemUnderground holy trinity - @ArabStrapBand, @delgados_the and @mogwaiband - at the @TheBarrowlands. 90s Phil would be chuffed that he'd maintained pretty much the same taste in music still.

I got out for an 8km run this morning, my virtual run club for @runningpunks #VRC - wish I'd done 10km but there's always tomorrow. Today's run was soundtracked by the brilliant new LP from @pitponyband - would love to see a running review by @biggytimmkins - great running album
