Thanks to Graeme for this fantastic pic from Saturday's #beaver safari. There was lots of family grooming, two kits were out & one was feeding from mum beaver - what a night! . We have 2 places available on our tours on Friday & Saturday this week - join us for beaver fun!

The Common red soldier beetle is a great garden friend as it eats aphids as well as pollen and nectar. This amorous couple were on a Hogweed flower. Did you know Common hogweed is edible and can be lightly steamed and eaten like asparagus? Yum yum.

We had a couple of fantastic #swift walks in Angus this week. In #Arbroath we had a screaming party of 19 - far bigger than expected - and found 2 new nest sites. What a night! They are all now on the #Swiftmapper. Floss was good at listening out for screaming parties 😀
