@giffgaff ordered a phone from you on 1 Dec. Supposedly in all this absolute fiasco phones would be dispatched by today at the latest. It’s now gone 8pm and still heard nothing. This isn’t going to happen is it? Going to be stuck with no means of contact over Christmas. No time

Well thanks for nothing @sainsburys I was stuck in your car park for about an hour in the end with a young child and other drivers getting aggressive, driving down the wrong side of the road at my car and no one from the store came out to help or control the situation at all.

Hey @sainsburys please can you ask someone in your Dunstable store to come outside and help everyone that’s currently stuck in your car park? Based on how far we’ve moved so far it’s going to be another 90 minutes before we can leave. I’m in a car with kids so can’t go inside.
