Coming from a crypto technology POV I see current and former bankers having much better understanding of the Jobs To be Done that current banking solves for than most crypto natives. They also understand the actual real issues in banking that few crypto natives understand.

Outside of technical conferences every single #crypto conference is pay 2 talk. This is why you still see 2017 era ICOs with Zero product market fit and Zero plan to get there beyond sponsoring conferences. There is surprisingly little good debate happening, little value.
