Lots of debate on the timeline (and in the chats) about how good stables ACTUALLY are relative to cross border APMs like Wise - which frankly sounds a lot like early internet skepticism - looking past the technical paradigm shift that is happening and focusing on friction that is.

And so, creating stablecoin off-ramps to fiat QR payment rails—like UPI.
Extremely common crypto refrain…. But wtf is my cousin in rural India going to do with USDC? With Wise he can buy groceries a few seconds after I hit send. Stables are ~useless without on and off-ramps, and those are the reasons this map looks like it does.
