No equipment, no problem. Today’s work out: Push-up, strip set. 210 push-ups over 20 minutes. Starting at 2:10 ending at 2:30. 1st set is 20 and reduce (strip) each set by one. Rest to the minute, 19 push-ups in the 19th minute, 18 in the 18th etc. good luck!
