agree. focus groups must be 👀 - and what would be just lovely to see would be some proper leadership. change those hearts and minds, don't follow them.
I cant immediately think of a time in my adult life when the Overton window has moved quite as swiftly and decisively as it seems to be moving at the moment. The focus group and private polling data must be off the scale.
