UPDATE: Now 8 people have been found dead at the Fulton County Jail since January. Samuel Lawrence, 34, sent this 12-page, handwritten letter to federal officials begging for help. It was received on August 22. Lawrence was found dead on August 26. Autopsy results still pending.
