Thank you. I in turn want to acknowledge your contribution to make our NHS better. And to salute those people you met on this journey & the thousands like them who just get on with it. Their pride comes from knowing they helped people like you.
As much as I wouldnāt wish my experience on my worst enemy, such as it was my destiny, I wouldnāt have missed it. I have met some amazing people. Heroic, patient, skilful and those that have taught me to redefine my humanity and laugh at myself.

Iām a doctor originally from Afghanistan who is now proudly serving people of all backgrounds in NHS. Despite the fear of violence against my faith & background, I won't be intimated. UK is my home & I will continue to help anyone who needs it. We shouldn't give in to racism.

Nearly 3 million food bank users as of 2023. And the overriding message from the @Conservatives is that people can't budget. It's time they got their hands dirty and saw exactly what it is like for millions of people in the UK. It is horrendous.
2010: 60k people used food banks. 2023: 2.98 million people used food banks.

I want to say something to the people with mental health conditions that have got in touch with me worried / panicked about the govt news on possible benefits changes... NOTHING HAS HAPPENED. - The govt has put out a green paper. That is an EARLY STAGE consultation document.
