Carbon tax accounts for 0.3 percent increase in food prices. That's 30 cents on a $100 grocery bill. Remember that next time you're promised affordability at the grocery store by axing the carbon tax. https://t.co/giwyYcQopY

If you want to know why efforts to slow-down the energy transition are rampant, consider this: We PAY Big Oil to destroy our #climate, and we've upped these payments 475% in 2022 "G20 poured more than $1tn on fossil fuel subsidies despite Cop26 pledges" https://t.co/Xae6cfydXl

These are some of the last of old growth that exists anywhere. It's quiet. It's peaceful. We took a crazy road to even access this. This is what the elders and the land Defenders are fighting to preserve for future generations. War of the Woods II #fairycreek @ricochet_en

BAM! California will prohibit the sale of new gasoline-powered cars by 2035. 100% of new cars sold in the state will be fossil fuel emission free. Who's next? We have the solutions. Implement them. #ActOnClimate #Climate #energy #EVs #renewables

Fur farms are effectively large machines for mutating novel avian flu into novel mammalian flu: a big jump in the direction of humans. The Finnish authorities recognise this, so have decided to clos… no [checks notes] keep them open? But [checks notes again] kill all the birds?

Finnish Wildlife Agency has given out permits to cull wild birds around fur farms, including one locally vulnerable species. Let's be clear here: culling of wild birds to prevent spread of avian influenza DOES NOT make sense at all and it can be counterproductive.
