Excited to share our preprint of @ColumbiaNeuro's Phase 1b Trial of Chronic Convection Enhanced Delivery of Topotecan for Recurrent #GBM. Patients had an implantable/refillable pump-catheter system that delivered high doses of drug to core & infiltrative margin of tumor. 1/3
