Really interesting way a team restructured its time and priorities.
One of the things I liked about the productowner blog's waste snake was that they added a piggy bank, and moved items that are an "investment" in their esteem to that space rather than trying to eliminate learning/improvement. https://t.co/BKgKl7sHVC
