For all those with pictures or videos of the state sponsored violence and what is happening tonight, please keep them. I’m getting my lawyer friends together. A petition to the ICC must be ready before next week. This niggas must face the music.

Please tag me to any tweet from those soliciting funds for law school. It’s really tough out there and if all I can do is retweet for visibility, I will do. Thank you.

Articling leads to becoming an Associate and so on. Today, I no longer drive a Fusion. I’ve broken down my journey and for the first time here actually so that anyone doing care work, especially as a lawyer will not be discouraged by shades in the comments.

The biggest academic misconception is that you must have a Masters Degree before pursuing a PhD. It is false. With a very good result at undergrad, particularly a First class, you can proceed to a PhD straight, even at Oxford. If you're on a First class, don't give up

I don't know if this is caused by the intimidation on LinkedIn or whatever but people really need to recognise the integrity issues with the use of professional titles. I have seen, quite frequently, many people refer to themselves as Chartered Arbitrators here or on LinkedIn

First year, sociology result on the results portal showed 33F. Went to complain, was dismissed. Kept going till the lecturer was tired and told me to check 5 big “Ghana must go” bags for my exam booklet. Found it in the last bag, scored 53 in the exam and it wasn’t recorded.

What was or what has been your worst experience in a federal or state university in Nigeria 🇳🇬? Openly talking about some of these issues might be the first step in addressing many of the cultural and ethical challenges many of us experienced or are currently experiencing.

Dear #YoungProfessional , Beat Deadlines, don’t meet it: In the world of social media and the latest gist/violence, there is the tendency to relegate quite important things. In the world of work, many will meet deadlines, others will miss deadlines but only the exceptional

Dear young professional, There are 3 types of career personalities you should have in your life. These 3 could be found in one person and some can be just 1 of these to you, while they can also grow into the other roles. The three are: 1. Recruiter 2. Mentor 3. Sponsor

Genuinely loving the Nigerian cohort @Harvard_Law this year. Shared a flight with one of them on my way back to Canada last weekend. Waiting for his announcement too. Really happy that more of our good folks are going for the big leagues! Now, let’s change the world!

"Shall", "Will", "May" "And" "Or" "And or" are English words that have almost completely different meanings when used in commercial agreements. That's why a lawyer should draft and review your agreements because even the most basic words are not that basic in law.
