Lots of rain came through over the weekend. It was accompanied by some decent size hail. My garden is toast. I am so stupid that I left my backup plants outside. I have been hardening them, in case they were needed. My back up plants.

I have seen a whole lot of youngsters that felt cursing made them sound tough. You don’t sound tough, and you don’t fit in, by cursing endlessly. The majority of those youngsters realize this quickly after basic training. Obviously, some “adults” have some work to do.

It is just about time to kick off round two. Got to get all the herbs going. Need those to cook. All the flowers are beneficial to the vegetable garden. They add nutrients to the soil, attract good bugs or repel bad bugs. #gardening #garden

Getting ready for the garden this year. The raised beds have been prepped all year long. I am slowly building the stair step area for the potted garden next to the storm shelter. I can take my time there… Being as I simply don’t have the pots for it as of yet. #gardening

When you get old, you learn to make bran muffins. 🤣🤣 . They actually remind me of a time when I was young and fit. The cook at the DFAC in Germany made some amazing bran muffins. That, a banana and a half a dozen boiled eggs made for a great breakfast. @SouthDallasFood
