I know a lot of you commented on this. The good folks at @intercom were able to take great care of us. We got on a monthly plan along with their integration with @Octopodsio we're all good to go! Excited to be building on their platform.
Anyone have a good alternative to @FrontApp? We’re a small team and they won’t let us get what we need without signing an annual agreement...

There is an ongoing, global outage with WhatsApp Business API that is causing message delivery issues. This is an issue on Facebook's side, affecting all partners, and they are actively investigating the problem. We will update you once we learn more.
