@CGI_Global US visa schedule india portal error. Fully paid in the old portal, in the new portal showing as partial paid and asking to pay again. it’s been more than 1 month, no solution from support, given all proof of payment. They are closing tkts without solution.

@vfsglobalcare @VFSGlobal: I've been attempting to schedule a US visa OFC appointment in New Delhi. While I see availability for September 2023, selecting those dates results in an error popup.
