@ORION_coaching You might be interested in this long read I did on Ruth Chepngetich and the doping crisis in Kenya earlier this week. There’s no plans to ban Kenya and there’s limited action that World Athletics can take.

“Higher carbs” needs to be clearly defined. IMO, >90g/hour, as many studies prove out intakes >90g/hour increase GI issues (nausea, cramping) in many athletes, offsetting potential performance gains. SOME can go higher w/o distress; higher =/= automatically better.
