The new Midland Metropolitan University Hospital is open! A big thank you to the 80 staff across the organisation who are today transferring almost 200 patients from Sandwell Hospital across 33 PTS and 999 ambulances. Please note, as of 5am today, A&E at Sandwell is now closed.

After six years, I’m leaving City and Sandwell Hospital as a CNP and stepping into MMUH as a clinical site manager. I feel a mix of bittersweet and uplifting emotions. If only the walls could share their stories, the memories would be remarkable! ❤️
