To assess how our govt performed, one has to simply review it's handling of Covid-2. The CM assumed charge on 7.5.21. In a few days, Lockdown was announced. I was working in Govt Vellore Med College. All hands were diverted to Covid wards, barring Emergencies & deliveries.
