PRO (患者報告アウトカム) は患者さんのQOLを評価できる極めて有用な評価指標です。 慢性冠動脈疾患に対する血行再建の主な効果はQOL改善ですので、その後のPROがどのような経過をたどるか、また保存的治療の場合とどう違うのか、とても興味深い研究です！

Clinical trials often report average health status at single timepoints. But patients’ journeys vary greatly. Using ISCHEMIA data (n=2,977 with baseline angina), we applied latent trajectory analysis of the SAQ-AF over 24 months to uncover common symptom patterns.
