1/ ✨ Happy New Year from the team at Long Covid Support ✨ The New Year can bring a wide range of emotions. For some, it may feel like an opportunity for a fresh start. For others, it can bring uncertainty or concern about what lies ahead.

Two choices? A: Lockdowns, stay home forever, close schools! PANIC! B: Mass illness, spread germs, force sick kids in school! DENIAL! 🤔 But there’s a secret third option! No panicking. No lockdowns. Just simple things, like clean air policies, would literally save lives. 🤷‍♀️

I don't really feel like another year of reading the same stories, sharing the same tweets and saying the same things. It's all on repeat day after day, year after year. Is there anything new to say? Not really. More of the same cr*p. As a first waver, I'm feeling spent.
