Happy Monday everyone 🤩 it’s #MedalMonday and I give you my chase the sun medal 5k from Wednesday and the half marathon medal on Saturday. Both at Battersea Park with @RunThroughUK Starting the day with a lovely breakfast and coffee before hitting @PureGym for my PT session
