But credit to @kirkleescollege leadership team showed up for their staff. There was: 🍦 An ice cream van 🪓 Axe throwing 🎪 Circus workshops 🧗🏽‍♂️ Rock climbing 📸 A photo booth One staff member said, “This felt like a big thank you.” And it did.

My keynote delivered 4 big messages: ✨ Aspiration 🛠 Responsibility 💪🏽 Resilience 🧠 Identity All wrapped in stories, interaction, and energy. This wasn’t just a talk. It was a moment.

From the moment I stepped on stage, it was about one thing: Appreciation. ✔️ Highlighting their value ✔️ Reminding them of their “why” ✔️ Getting them involved stories, laughter, even push-ups 💪🏾😂 ✔️ Ending with Sweet Caroline 🎶
