Exciting news!🎉The first patient has been dosed in our MATADOR Phase 2a clinical trial evaluating BRB-002, a novel immunomodulating therapy in development for ASCVD. BRB-002 directly targets the underlying plaque of ASCVD, offering a new potential treatment approach.

Our study led by @AlyssaM_Flores & with @AniruddhPatelMD describes a new peripheral artery disease PRS. Predictive capability for incident PAD is comparable to CKD & DM2. Among those with PAD, it also associates with major adv limb events @JAMACardio
