Obesity is sinful. Sure, there are unique biological exceptions. But for the vast majority of people, obesity is gluttony, self-obsession, and a serious and sinful lack of self-control. If you’re Christian and also obese, it’s something you must confront and overcome.

The idea that one intervention (eg carb restriction) will solve obesity is about as ignorant as stating one intervention will treat all forms of cancer. Biology is far more complex than that. We need to respect the complexity.
