It has been over 2 years since the launch of various employment initiatives to improve the number of prison leavers moving into employment on release. 📝 We recently published a Policy Framework that provides an overview of these initiatives 👇.

🚆Did you know that @cityandguilds deliver Railtrack Courses in four prisons as part of the Future Skills Programme? . The 5-week course began in February 2024 and to date 27 prisoners have completed the course and been offered employment as Rail Track Operatives with @CivilRail.

Last year @WillmottDixon opened their latest Drylining Academy at @HMPrisonLincoln. These academies help prisoners gain accredited certification and CSCS cards, enabling them to secure construction work on release. Watch some highlights from the launch 👉
