After a 4-hour drive to HMP Berwyn, I was welcomed by the sound of seagulls & a crisp wind. Spent the day at our restaurant with @NovusCambria , meeting new learners, running inductions, & sharing everything I love about hospitality. There’s something powerful about watching.
