This review from our group highlights the role of dopamine in attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). While dopamine dysregulation is well knonw in neurodegenerative disorders such as Parkinson's disease, its role is debatable in behavioral disorders. Congrats Peter!.

We show that histone deacetylase (HDAC) inhibitors such as panobinostat, which are anti-cancer agents, can also inhibit aromatic amino acid hydroxylases. This finding has implications for understanding clinical side effects associated with HDAC inhibitors. Congrats, Anne & Peter!.
