It may also have implications for how the #gut behaves when you meet someone your brain recognises as new and then the mind steps in to consider - do I like this person enough to meet them again? Or do I get out of there fast!.
@AChVoice @FNDHealthCoach @dlhampton Fascinating - yes, that makes so much sense. It helps explain why the “newness” of that first experience we have, meeting someone for the 1st time, is never repeated. I’d add - why computer programmes are no longer “stored locally”, is relevant + the focus on processing speed!.

An interesting perspective on eating a more balanced diet to support the #microbiome and #gutbraingut two way communication. @UCCpsychiatry @drmiguelmateas @leta_valentina @ACNRjournal @PersonCentNeuro.
@lowcarbGP @SBakerMD @KenDBerryMD @drjasonfung @lowcarb_aus @drchatterjeeuk @bigfatsurprise @DoctorTro @ChrisGPackham @rcgp What we find extraordinary about the word #carnivore is how so many think it sounds as if all a person eats is meat ie they neglect to eat plant-based whole food. That is definitely not the case and are therefore taking a balanced approach. What happens if we don’t eat any meat??.
