People on this app understand so little that I just now realized they don't understand L2s like Arbitrum will have different revenue streams like adds and stuff. Ethereum is THE single decentralized infrastructure. It's running on ETH collateral, not revenue.

The thing with both the 2017 and 2021 crypto manias is that they where rooted in actual fundamentals. Was it ridiculous to bid millions for an ipfs-linked jpeg? Of course. But the thesis for the purchase was anchored in reality. That hasn't happened since then.

At least judging from this (albeit uniquely dumb) app, people seem to actually try to use LLMs as developers. Imagine hiring a special needs toddler as a "fun intern", the bosses kid or whatever. Then you realize he is very cheap, so you let him run the show.

I got a great VC idea. Let's raise money, let's try to get all the good researchers from the EF, Optimism and other L2s, then we launch a token and we could also short ETH. We can also say this is for the greater good of open source and the public!

Bitcoin maximalism. The actual problem is simple: If BTC would become a globaly respected reserve asset - with current technical trajectory - we NEED strong middlemen (e.g. banks) to act as a bridge between the asset and the digital economy. Effectively controlling EVERYTHING.

Notice how the corporate lizard operates. They bet on what they perceived was consensus. Failed. Retract by using the language of the *other* political side - "mean and punching down on a marginalized group". There is not a word of truth out of the mouth of this psychopath.

The ad was bad, and it’s still gnawing at my soul. I am ashamed I downplayed it instead of just calling it what it is - mean and punching down on a marginalized group. I am grateful for the ecosystem devs and artists that immediately called it what it is both publicly and

Did you spot the meta? Since Vitalik doesn't confuse his thoughts with reality, he did not understand why his tweets would hurt a lot of readers. And it's also why he would so easily defend the idea to begin with.

The idea itself is pretty useless (and far fetched) More interesting is how people process the idea. Some people can't at all separate thought from reality. Some people blend thought/reality at a trigger word. And some people can't even easily comprehend others doing that.

Anyway, here's the idea in simple form. Condition: your laptop is an extension of your mind. Person A has a CP urge. He keeps this urge to himself in his mind. Person B has a heroin urge. He uses heroin. This action is very likely to hurt at least someone else.

Him thinking a normie crowd can even process this as a complete thought without freaking out midway is very, very, very autistic. Basically most people get hurt by the presentation. He deleted the tweets when he learned this.

Ref: Vitalik once defended the idea that using heroin might be worse than holding CP images. If reasoning that personal laptop bits can be thought of as an extension of the individual mind, holding images would be a neutral action. Using heroin is not.

Something no one will see because I use a anon dev-account. The litmus test for whether Solana is decentralized or not (it isn't) is whether or not the community manage to fork away the VC unlocks. Symmetric information and power would make that happen (for a number of reasons)

@NicklasNilsso14 The original idea with Unions of having workers go in to strike was to show a company how valuable the worker is When Tesla workers don´t want to strike and instead the Union is sabotaging operations from outside, it is nothing but Cosa Nostra Mafioso extortions
