Yeah I truly think I'm done with @Uber @Uber_Support. Their lack of customer service is a turn off.

I love that this is publicly available information.

I shouldn't have to harass a company online in order to get some customer support. This is my biggest complaint w the "gig economy". It allows theses companies to treat their consumers & workers as if they are expendable. As if we are not literally giving u our hard earned coin.

Its been over 24 hours and I still have heard nothing from @Uber_Support as to why my account was deactivated. I'm switching to @lyft. This is ridiculous.
