I use this book to teach. It’s good for students. I use H&W as a reference manual. It’s good for me!.
In addition to the new supplement for the Low & Jeffries federal courts casebook (which is publicly available, link below), we also have an updated teacher’s manual that is available to instructors. The manual contains our detailed teaching notes for the course and takes account.

Today is the first day in 21 years that I am not a professor at Duke Law School. I thank Duke for always believing in me throughout my life. I will always love Duke and root for its success. Duke Law is a special place. I am sad but also excited to contribute to TAMU Law School!.
