2 of 3.One of the bars was bent. I contacted customer service yesterday (Saturday) for a replacement part. Had an email today (Sunday) at 1.30pm. I responded at gone 5.

I cannot rate @tptoys highly enough. Amazing quality products and outstanding customer service. I needed a replacement part, sent an email on Saturday, they followed up today and in the space of 5 minutes I have an order number and the part being sent. Phenomenal.
