3 years at Apple! Feels like a lifetime... it blows my mind what I've gotten up to so far — Create ML, Xcode organizer window, Fruta sample project, and now Swift Playgrounds. So grateful to be working with and learning from such amazing folks! 😊
I love that Swift Playgrounds 4 unlocks so much potential of iPad — with Apple Pencil I can use
@Procreate
to draw some little assets, add them to my app, and utilize a simple “while loop” in Swift concurrency to power my “game engine” — with SwiftUI animating all changes!

This update introduces a new customizable toolbar, a refined tab bar for files & previews, and great new content including a guide for detecting rock, paper, scissors hand poses via machine learning! ✊✋✌️

I'll be hanging out in a couple of the digital lounges at

For those participating in Ask Apple events this week, I strongly suggest you not phrase your question as "will you ever..." or "any plans to...". We cannot answer those. Instead, please say what you're trying to do & why, and maybe ask if there are any options available now.
Getting my partner into making apps, currently going through Stanford's (always) amazing SwiftUI course. Trying my best to be a proper teacher's assistant and give her a realistic experience 🤪
Really awesome conversation with my friends about game development, dream game mechanics, and prototyping tonight. Sometimes I forget how much I love game development. Apple let me release games
I used to retweet almost every cool project I came across in the past but worried it may be too spammy for folks. Nowadays it seems especially nice and important to share awesome work and sprinkle in well-meaning content into the timeline.
One of my favorite things about working at Apple is hearing all the different languages, accents, and general diversity amongst folks on the teams I work with. Pretty cool!
