I'm proud to announce the product of many busy days and sleepless nights: "A Companion for SwiftUI" is a quick dynamic reference guide. It goes straight to the point, unlike my blog articles, which are more in-depth discussions. #SwiftUI #iOSDev #SwiftLang

In addition to the update of the Companion for SwiftUI app, I have compiled a long list of bugs that remain open. If you encounter the same, I recommend you include my FB number. Multiple reports raise the attention it gets from Apple. #iOSDev #SwiftUI.

The Companion for SwiftUI now adds a menu bar icon that can be used to easily search topics. Great while working with Xcode. Change the shortcut and other options from the Preferences window. Thanks @chriseidhof for the suggestion!😉 #SwiftUI

In the original post, I forgot to include column alignment. Both the article and the training app are now updated to include that. 😄.

Just posted an article exploring the new SwiftUI Grid. I also include the code for an app I call Grid Trainer. You can play with all its parameters and behaviors. The whole app is in a single swift file. Just copy, paste and have fun! 😉 #iosDev #SwiftUI

At first, I thought the new SwiftUI ImageRenderer and ChartRenderer were very straight-forward. But it turns out there is a lot to discuss about them, so I wrote a new article. I hope you enjoy it! 😉 #iOSDev #SwiftUI

I added a new example to the article about TimelineView. It is a view for animated GIFs. The code did not make the cut initially, because the concurrency API wasn’t stable enough then. No longer the case. See GifImage at the end of post 😉 #iOSDev #SwiftUI

Another nice change to beta 3. Several initializers new to SwiftUI 3 are now marked as available to target older OS versions. Such is the case, for Section, NavigationLink, Picker, etc. This are mostly the new initializers that added label as a ViewBuilder. 👍😀 #iOSDev #SwiftUI.

They also listen to my FB9162094! PrimaryContentStyle, SecondaryContentStyle and the rest have been merged into a single style: HierarchicalShapeStyle! Now it’s possible to write this code too. 🎉🥳 #iOSDev #SwiftUI

There aren’t many additions in beta 3, but there’re two that cheered up my morning. 😁 One is a type-erased shape style: AnyShapeStyle! Now it’s possible to write code like this. With so many different ShapeStyles, this is a welcomed addition! #iOSDev #SwiftUI
