SR has been allocated a 20-Car Vande Bharat Rake from ICF!. Kindly utilise the same 20 car VB for Coimbatore-Chennai VB (or) upgrade the Chennai-Mysuru 16 Car VB with this one and then use the released 16 car VB for CBE VB @GMSRailway🙏 🙏

Railways officially released the list of ongoing railway projects in Tamilnadu!!. 3 out of 9 New line projects present in the pink book(past year) are under progress since 5 projects are under abeyance from 2019 and the remaining Dhanushkodi project may or may not happen

Ministry of Railways sanctioned the Perambur-Ambattur 5th & 6th line in order to facilitate the upcoming Terminal operations at Perambur!!. Perambur becomes the Chennai's 4th Terminal!. Details regd whether those lines are constructed with New Rail over Rail bridge is awaited!

Filed a grievance to add Regional language 'Tamil' on Tiruvannamalai-Narasapur Special and Charminar Express since SCR forgot to add that. Now,it looks like Tamil language has been added on Narasapur-Tiruvannamalai Spl train. Let's hope that they will do the same for Charminar!

Let's not jinx this very basic facility until the tender gets floated for real!. Tiruvannamalai is having absolute potential to have full fledged terminal facilities like CDO(2 Pitlines), additional platforms and Stabling lines. Please do the needful @GMSRailway.
The Southern Railway has proposed a plan to convert the existing railway station in Tiruvannamalai town into a PFTR terminal to conduct basic safety checks and civic maintenance of long-distance trains .
