@NavdeepPasricha There is a warning saying that all will be lost if you continue to save in .csv format. If you had saved prior to saving as a .csv, you should have an .xls version from the last time you saved as .xls.

Why was I not notified until I was at the airport?
@NavdeepPasricha aircrafts’ capacity, which means lower fares for everyone, and more chance for people to fly with us. I can see on your booking that you were moved to the next available flight. I'm sorry for any inconvenience this has caused you. Regards, Sassa

When @JetstarAirways overbooks your flight but doesn't tell you until your at the airport. Always handy on the day of a wedding #customerservicefail... Also @JetstarAirways you should train your staff to act more 'human' in these cases. Is this Legal @acccgovau ?
