@herdyshepherd1 RPA just refused to fund my hedge laying application until further notice. Seems most capital funding is on hold. They are pulling the rug on supporting the transition to farming delivering public goods. Let’s see what else they pull next.

It’s interesting we’ve heard very little from the big 6 supermarkets over the IH change for farmers, aside from Sainsburys. Our food system is designed to keep farmers on the breadline and they know it better than anyone. A bigger debate about how financially fair it is looms.
