Chief Bettencourt is “Dishin’ the Dirt” on how rotational grazing helped a Missouri cow/calf operation improve the health of their animals and pastures. Rotational grazing allows pastures to rest and recover, promoting healthier forage growth, improving soil health and more.

The Virginia National Resources Inventory grazing teams completed the annual sampling protocol training near Rustburg Virginia. The teams will complete multiple sampling segments in their areas for NRI data to add to the grazing land database during the spring and summer months.
