What a fabulous session to end the day!! So many take home messages, - Always think about cyanide poisoning - We often over estimate burns - The evidence for burns fluids is mixed - Micro-aggression in healthcare is not harmless - Witnessing micro-aggression - use LIFT

What is the best cyanide antidote? The evidence says Hydroxycobalamin. Once you suspect it - give it!! Don’t wait for the test results to come back Metabolic acidosis ✔️ High lactate ✔️ High venous saturations ✔️ #NEPTUNE25
