Fantastic new 3D CT foundation model from @narges_razavian 's group at @nyulangone. Their performance on a variety of tasks (hemorrhage tumor, hydrocephalus, edema, alzheimer’s detection) is superior to models from @Stanford and @GoogleHealth . Compelling few-shot results too.
We built a 3D ViT foundation model on 361,663 clinical HeadCTs at NYU Medical center, and validated it on over 4 datasets (combined size of ~30K) across 10 different diseases. 1/n
