At 8.32 pm on 10 November 1920, a train carrying the body of an unidentified British serviceman arrived at Victoria Station. He would be buried at @wabbey the next day, immortalised as the #UnknownWarrior. To mark this centenary, we've opened a small exhibition in the station.

Research shows that animals deter predators with markings that look like eyes. We're trialling a system of putting googly eyes on large installations to prevent visitors from touching them. It looks a bit weird, but hope you appreciate that this is for conservation reasons.

The Dawn of Waterloo underwent meticulous conservation, revealing Lady Butler's true vision. Yellowed varnish removed, paint cracks repaired, and canvas straightened. The sky transformed from sunset to sunrise, a vital part of the artwork. Read more here:
