This. Do Not Minimize Female Experiences; it only serves to alienate female persons. The industry calling us the modern equivalent of "hysterical" doesn't help create confidence. We all know research on female persons is horribly underfunded.

Was the only women at a Zoom meeting. When the question was raised about who’d take notes, I did not respond. It was asked the 2nd time, to which I responded:”I am resisting the life-long conditioning of saying yes and giving you gentle men a chance to take notes.” Was I rude?
