This started as an amazing train journey to Nanyuki but 12 hours later, Nanyuki is nowhere in site. We have been stuck at some ravine in Nyeri County for the last 5 and half hours after the train engine failed.

Dated for six years, took her home to meet mom and the clan one day, she caused some drama the next day, and left ... came back after 3 months ... 3 months after coming back, we were expecting a baby ... took her for the ultrasound, discovered the pregnancy was 5 months old.

I don't think 2019 is a year am going to forget anytime soon. On 29th April of 2019, I died twice. During an operation after a fatal accident I flat lined two times and the doctors resuscitated me. I had a chest operation to fix a torn heart, a spleenectomy,

Kenya's alcohol taxation has been a huge policy failure. Kenya practically taxed EABL out of the East African market. Nobody in Arusha chooses a KShs.240 Tusker over a KShs.60 Serengeti or Kilimanjaro Lager anymore.

Took her for lunch at CJ's Village Market, said nothing about the issue. Put her in a cab back to a relative she was living with. Called the best friend and told her I knew. I didn't talk to her ever again. She later told a mutual friend that she got very sick and lost her baby.

The rivers draining the entire east of Mt. Kenya and the Nyambene Mountain Range are not dammed. These Meru rivers flow into the Tana and are responsible for most of the flooding in Garissa and Tanariver. The proposed Grand Falls High Dam will take in the Mt. Kenya Rivers
Rain season is when this map fully comes to life.

Almost forgotten is my former boss who offered the work van to drive my friends from Meru to Aga Khan to donate blood. They donated too much blood until Aga Khan told them it was enough! I thank God for them and wish them God's blessings this year.
