Walked past there recently and wondered the same thing.
Some background:. These derelict properties (between the archway and The Swan Bar) are 23, 24 and 25 Aungier Street. The most recent records show 23 and 24 are owned by Marlin Apartments Limited since Feb 2018 and August 2019 respectively. No record exists for 25 Aungier St.
