We started with a “getting to know you breakfast” in August so why not end the school year with a celebratory “YOU MADE IT” one! So proud of this new hire group and honored to be a mentor through it all. Gifts, giggles and memories helped wrap up this first school year as YSES🦅

It’s been a whirlwind of a month to end this school year! Thanks to @DrWare_FCPS school improvement course,I’ve committed to staff morale being off the happy charts and these smiles prove it! The sunshine committee has been a blast and now for a relaxing summer deserved by all!☀️

Worked with YSES new hires today on small group differentiation and data dives! So naturally I took a fun challenge from the FCPS induction team and asked the group to personally select their supply accommodations to meet their goals 😍 We had SNOW much fun! #loomerleads
